Jeff Radtke holds an MS in Nuclear Engineering and Engineering Physics, from the University of Wisconsin. He has built or designed instruments for experiments in high energy physics, nuclear fusion, materials studies, and physics demonstrations. He is a member of the American Physical Society and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. Interests include bicycling, windsurfing and resonating with prerecorded surf guitar. After carrying a newborn through his first cloud of car exhaust, he began designing electric bicycles.

 

Hans Noeldner holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. He has over twenty years of experience with precision instrumentation and a lifelong interest in bicycles and related technology.
