The Cyclemotor includes a suspension system which allows three inches of vertical travel. This isolates the bicycle frame and rider from vibration and shock caused by bumps and potholes. Furthermore, the added mass of the powered wheel is supported by the wheel, not the bicycle frame. This significantly reduces frame loading, for safe upgrade to powered cycling.
